We respectfully ask that all communities registering a team recognize the level of commitment involved. Tournament registration represents a significant financial investment, and to uphold the integrity of competition, it is essential that teams are fully prepared to participate. To avoid forfeits and ensure every game is competitive, we ask that rosters are confirmed with players who are committed to attending. Please note that coaches’ names will also be required at the time of registration.

Deposit

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your team’s spot.

• This deposit ensures commitment and helps us cover early tournament expenses.

Final Payment

• The remaining balance (70%) is due by November 21, 2025.

• Teams that have not paid in full by this deadline risk losing their spot to a waitlisted team.

Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Full payments beyond the deposit may be refunded only if notice of withdrawal is given before November 1, 2025.

• After November 1, no refunds will be issued.
